Message	Clocked at 26 over in a 65 would be (automatically) Reckless Driving here in VA. Did he put reckless on the ticket? I would call the court and find out if they have a program to let you do 'driving school'. Most likely (since your record is clean going back 10 years), the judge will let you do it, which should get you off with no points (so your insurance won't know). You will probably still have to pay the fine. Been there, done that...
